Short Film Biographies:
These short films were created so we could provide a little insight into the work and lives of a handful of our photographers. These artists come from very diverse backgrounds and it was interesting to see what really motivates them. Each artist specializes in a different genre and they were eager to tell us what makes their images unique.



Mark MacLeod
This two minute video was filmed on location near Mark MacLeod's home in Bozeman, MT and provides a little insight into what drives the artist and his work. Mark has been a contributing artist on Wild West Photos for the past three years and specializes in Western Americana and, as he puts it, "a heavy dose of beautiful fly fishing".

Allen Russell
We filmed this on Allen's ranch just outside of Livingston, Montana. Allen photographs what he knows best, “Life in the American West”. He has always made “The West” his home and has traveled extensively throughout. His life experiences and knowledge include, horse trainer, a one man/one horse ride from Canada to Mexico down The Rocky Mountains, big game outfitter, guide, rancher and World traveler.
